Charge Performance and Wellness will be running two Free Workouts in front of the Charge gym on Saturday:
The 11:00 am Rise and Grind Workout will last 30 minutes. We will perform body weight exercises and use some gym equipment.
The 2:00 pm Club and Mace Workout is 45 minutes long and will include body weight exercises and the use of Steel Maces and Clubs, an excellent tool for core and upper body development.
All fitness levels. Please bring your own mat.
